Dedicated to meet the challenges of COVID-19  

The First Medicine MENA is an online healthcare teleconsultation service designed to support people as they deal with the questions and challenges of the current COVID-19 pandemic.  A key objective of our service is to immediately help reduce the overcrowding of Lebanese hospitals due to the expanding number of COVID-19 patients appearing in the Emergency Room and requiring hospital bed recovery space through the use of home-based teleconsultations.  

Our service connects online healthcare experts with individuals, in their homes and other out-of-hospital locations to help them avoid a hospital stay – while decreasing patient suffering and the resulting strain on the Lebanese healthcare system.
